Servicing
At Dorset Lift (Services) we maintain, service, repair, modernise and refurbish all types of lifts, not only those from the Dorset Lifts product range, but also other lift manufacturers products.
We offer 24hrs a day, 365 days a year a service callout cover, so that we can ensure that we can keep your lift moving at any time.
Utilising a modern electronic service manager, our service department can manage and track the maintenance of all lifts, on all sites, log and allocate breakdowns. They can also deal with queries, co-ordinate repairs, record any supplementary testing and insurance reports, they can report directly to our clients on a regular basis.
Our current client list includes hospitals, retail outlets, hotel chains, restaurants, property companies, housing associations, facilities management services, nursing and care homes.
Following the expiry of the 12 month warranty period, a service contract should be arranged with a specialist lift service company.

We offer 3 levels of contract: - Standard, Semi Comprehensive and Fully Comprehensive.
