Dorset Lifts deals with both minor refurbishment and repairs as well as extensive modernisation and refurbishment projects. We also deals with day to day failures such as removing a main hoisting motor and delivering it to a specialised re-wind facility as well as carrying out remedial repairs such as re-roping, changing hydraulic ram seals and oil and SAFED examinations.

Each repair team is equipped with a vehicle suitable for the heavy work encountered. They carry with them all the lifting tackle and tools for the varied work which they face from day to day. They are experienced in completing Risk Assessments and Method Statements, ensuring Health & Safety is paramount with any task that is carried out.
